SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

• Authors are requested to submit a formatted 3-page abstract of proposed paper or presentation proposal via      electronic mail for the final selection process.

• Papers can be submitted in English and Chinese. (論文可以中文提交。)

• Detailed guidelines are as follows:

   - Typed, 12 points, Times New Roman

   - 1-inch (2.54cm) for all margins and double spaced

   - Length: 3 pages (abstract), 12 pages (full-paper), excluding references and appendixes

  - A separate cover page should include the topic of paper, affiliation, author’s name, contact number and email address.

Please indicate the above information only on the cover page and not anywhere else.

• All submissions should be in MS Word (.doc) and PDF format.

• All submissions will be forwarded to our Paper Review Panel for double-blind review.

• Once the submission is accepted, at least one of the authors must register for and present the paper at HONG KONG 2017.

• Final copies of accepted papers will be professionally published as edited conference proceedings.

• Authors of accepted papers presented at HONG KONG 2017 will be invited to submit their papers to selected journals for publication consideration after the Conference.
